Counselor, LCMHC

Sarah Clark

Finding a therapist you trust can feel daunting. We share our fears, insecurities, and hopes in therapy, so it's important that you feel safe and supported. I work with teens and adults to navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, relationship issues, infertility, and pregnancy-related concerns. I also have a special focus on supporting women's mental health, helping clients through transitions like career changes, postpartum adjustment, and self-esteem struggles.

My approach is centered around creating a caring, strengths-based environment where your goals lead the way. Using evidence-based methods tailored to your unique needs, we’ll work together to build the tools, confidence, and resilience you need to overcome life's obstacles and move toward lasting well-being.
