This first session is the most important and takes 1 hour. It includes: personal information gathering, identification of issues needing therapy, identification of therapy techniques / interventions to be used, and identification of the treatment plan and setting of long term and short term goals. An intake report is then created by the therapist outside of the therapy session.
Therapy Sessions - $120
Bishop Pay Sessions - $110
The sessions following the intake are 50 minutes each and are used to create and work the treatment plan, from the beginning of therapy until the client reaches a point of termination. The therapist will again add to the progress notes outside of therapy after each session.

We require a credit card on hand at the first appointment. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a $75.00 fee for the missed session.

Aetna, BCBS, EMI Health, Health EZ, United Healthcare, DMBA, PEHP, Regence, Bind, Select Health of Utah, UMR, and Out-of-Network plans.

No insurance? No problem. We offer direct-pay options for therapy services.
We gratefully accept LDS Bishop Pay for clients receiving financial assistance in this manner.
